Chip tuning and other software adjustments are considered separately from fault repair. Suitability, limitations and the expected outcome are discussed for the specific vehicle. A software change does not replace the repair of faulty components.

Yes. Fault diagnosis and repair do not require software modifications to be ordered. Any such changes are discussed separately.

The workshop normally sources suitable parts. If the required part is unavailable from the supplier, we discuss possible alternatives in advance.
